Rental Services Terms

Rental Agreements

All rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement that must be signed before delivery. The rental agreement will specify the rental period, items rented, delivery and pickup details, and total costs including any applicable taxes and fees.

Reservations and Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount varies based on the total rental value and will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the final rental cost. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery fees, setup fees, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A final quote will be provided before confirmation of your rental order.

Rental Period

The standard rental period is specified in your rental agreement. Extended rental periods may be available for an additional fee. You must notify us in advance if you require an extension. Items returned late without prior arrangement may be subject to additional charges.

Care and Responsibility

You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented items during the rental period. Items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered. Normal wear and tear is expected, but you will be charged for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup are available within our service area for an additional fee. You must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that someone is present to receive and inspect the items. Setup and breakdown services are available upon request.
